Job Overview

Orimark Services is seeking an experienced, proactive, and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – HR to lead and oversee our core HR operations. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and payroll processing to statutory compliance, employee engagement, and offboarding.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts) across departments.
Work with hiring managers to define role requirements and streamline hiring timelines.
Lead smooth onboarding and orientation programs for current hires.
Payroll & Statutory Compliance
End-to-end monthly payroll processing, attendance track, leave management, and salary disbursements.




Handle monthly filing, deductions, and documentation for PF, ESI, PT, and LWF.
Ensure strict adherence to factory/plant and corporate labor laws and statutory regulations.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Design and execute monthly employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
Act as the primary point of contact for workplace grievance handling, ensuring quick and fair resolutions.
Promote a positive workplace culture and foster healthy communication across teams.
Offboarding & Exit Formalities
Manage complete exit workflows, including resignation acknowledgments, exit interviews, and clearance tracking.
Prepare and issue relieving letters, experience certificates, and handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.

Requirements & Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in core HR operations.
Age Limit: Maximum 33 years.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR,
