Technical Skills
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry standards.
Knowledge of structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and design concepts.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Proficiency in construction materials, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Project Management
Planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
Coordinating with contractors, architects, consultants, and clients.
Resource management, including labour, materials, and equipment.
Ensuring projects are completed within time, budget, and quality parameters.
Site Supervision
Managing day-to-day construction activities.
Ensuring work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
Conducting inspections and supervising site teams for smooth workflow.




Quality Control & Assurance
Implementing QA/QC procedures on site.
Checking materials and workmanship to maintain standards.
Identifying defects and ensuring corrective actions.
Communication & Coordination
Explicit communication with clients, teams, vendors, and management.
Preparing reports, presentations, and technical documentation.
Robust negotiation and coordination abilities.
Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
Managing unexpected site challenges and making quick decisions.
Ensuring smooth and uninterrupted project progress.
Leadership & Team Management
Leading site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors.
