About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and organised HR & Rostering Officer to support our HR and Operations teams. The role involves managing employee records, recruitment and onboarding activities, staff compliance, and day-to-day rostering to ensure adequate workforce coverage.

Rostering Responsibilities
Prepare and manage staff rosters based on client and operational requirements.
Allocate suitable support workers to shifts based on availability, skills, and client needs.
Monitor shift coverage and arrange replacements for unfilled or cancelled shifts.
Coordinate with support workers regarding roster changes and availability.
Track attendance, shift changes, cancellations, and staff availability.
Ensure rosters comply with organisational policies and client requirements.
Liaise closely with the Operations team to maintain smooth service delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.




Previous experience in HR, rostering, workforce coordination, or healthcare operations.
Experience in the NDIS/disability or healthcare sector will be highly regarded.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace.
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
