Key Responsibilities:
Define QA processes for end-to-end IoT data flows spanning vehicle, middleware, cloud, and application layers.
Develop comprehensive test plans, validation matrices, and test cases covering functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
Design and execute test cases for:
Ignition ON event flows (middleware cloud
application).
Data ingestion layers including decoding, rule execution, persistence, and forwarding.
Cloud processing workflows including payload enrichment and latency validation.
Application layer functionality including UI accuracy and real-time updates.
Validate end-to-end latency, data integrity, reliability, and error-handling scenarios.
Develop and implement automated testing frameworks for APIs, microservices, and user interfaces.
Utilize tools such as Selenium, Cypress, REST Assured, and Appium.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing for connected vehicle ecosystems supporting 1 million+ vehicles.
Validate compliance with automotive standards including ISO 21434 (Cybersecurity) and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety).
Support security testing activities including TLS validation and penetration testing.
Generate daily and weekly QA dashboards highlighting defect trends, test coverage, risks, and quality metrics.
Present test status, quality reports, and risk assessments to customer stakeholders.
Act as the primary QA point of contact for customer reviews and discussions.
Leverage Generative AI tools for:
Automated test case creation from requirements.
Intelligent defect analysis and root cause prediction.
Test data generation for edge-case scenarios.
Required Technical Skills:
Automation Testing: Selenium, Cypress, Appium, REST Assured, Postman
Performance Testing: JMeter, Gatling
IoT & Middleware Testing: MQTT, CAN Bus Simulators, Telematics Protocols
Cloud Testing: AWS IoT Cor
