Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Junior Admin Executive to support the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital. The candidate should possess solid coordination skills, excellent documentation abilities, and positive communication skills to ensure smooth functioning between departments. The role requires handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, and assisting the management team in hospital operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Administrative Support
Assist the hospital administration team in managing daily operational activities.
Support administrative functions including filing, reporting, and internal coordination.
Ensure smooth workflow across departments by providing timely administrative assistance.

Coordination
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, laboratory staff,



and other departments to ensure productive operations.
Act as a communication link between management and staff members.
Assist in organizing meetings, internal discussions, and operational planning activities.
Support coordination for hospital camps, patient programs, and special events.

Documentation & Record Management
Maintain accurate administrative documentation, records, and reports.
Handle patient records, departmental files, and official documents with confidentiality.
Ensure all documents are properly organized, updated, and stored securely.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Assist in maintaining compliance with hospital policies and documentation standards.

Communication & Support
Handle internal communications including emails, calls, and official correspondence.
Provide administrative support to senior management when required.
