Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated MBA (HR) graduates to join our HR team as HR Executives/Generalists. The selected candidates will be involved in various HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist in onboarding and induction activities for recent employees.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams to fulfill recruitment requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and databases.
Ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Required Skills
MBA/PGDM specialization in Human Resources.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
