Job Summary





We are seeking a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide service-related assistance, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital communication channels professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding courier services, shipments, delivery status, and related queries.
Attend to customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with internal departments and hub teams to resolve customer concerns.
Follow up on pending queries, complaints, and service requests until resolution.
Maintain accurate customer and complaint records in the CRM system.
Ensure timely communication and updates to customers regarding their requests.
Assist customers with tracking and service-related information.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned department or supervisor when required.
