About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, goal-driven B2B Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growth team at Madhavaram, Chennai. This role is ideal for motivated freshers who want to kickstart a rewarding career in corporate/business-to-business (B2B) sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify, map, and approach potential B2B clients in and around Chennai.
Client Visits & Meetings: Conduct cold calls, office visits, and product/service presentations to prospective business clients.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
Deal Closure: Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully convert leads into business.
Pipeline Management:



Track daily follow-ups, maintain customer data, and submit periodic progress reports to management.

Requirements & Eligibility
Education: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent).
Experience: Freshers with robust communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome.
Language Skills: Proficient in Tamil; functional knowledge of English is an added advantage.
Must-Haves:
Valid Two-Wheeler and Driving License (for local B2B client visits).
Valuable negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated mindset with a target-oriented drive.
