Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and skilled manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Manage room bookings, reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
Provide information about resort facilities, room services, activities, and local attractions.
Handle telephone calls, emails, and guest requests promptly.
Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain daily reception reports and records.
Handle cash, billing, payments, and receipts as per company procedures.
Monitor room availability and coordinate room allocation.
Assist guests with transportation, special requests, and other arrangements.
Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled reception area.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Follow resort policies, safety procedures, and security guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
