The Dynamics 365 (D365) Project Manager is responsible for leading projects, clients and teams using their knowledge of Conference Room Pilot (CRP), Life Cycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, Microsoft Sure Step and other tools and project methodologies in implementing Microsoft Dynamics ERP and CRM solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage client/project expectations , client relationship and project team
Managing resource utilization, project scope, time, budget and quality
Facilitate regular project status meetings with clients and teams and prepare documentation




Escalate potential project issues in a timely manner and develop a risk management plan with the client stakeholders
Build and track the overall project metrics
Coordinate and schedule different sessions including requirements, design, crp, uat, review and toll gate
Work on change orders and the overall RAID log

Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or IT related field from an accredited college or university
PMP certification preferred
Similar industry-recognized certification including APICS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365 Financial Management, CRM and others) a plus

Experience
Customarily has at least 7 years’ experience of project management experience in ERP implem
