Operate and maintain utilities systems including:
Boilers & Steam distribution
Chillers & HVAC (AHU, HEPA, cleanroom utilities)
Cooling towers
Compressed air (process & instrument air)
Purified Water (PW), DM Water, Soft water
Nitrogen system, vacuum system
Monitor utility parameters and ensure continuous, uninterrupted supply to production.

Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance
Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Prepare and follow maintenance schedules, SOPs, and checklists.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and utility-related issues to minimize downtime.

GMP, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all activities comply with cGMP, WHO-GMP, USFDA, and EHS norms.
Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, calibration & maintenance records.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits.
Handle deviations, change controls, and CAPA related to utilities & maintenance.
