Key Responsibilities
Conduct practical and theory-based training in VFX, compositing, animation, and post-production.
Teach students industry-standard VFX software and production workflows.
Develop course content, assignments, projects, and practical exercises.
Provide hands-on guidance on student projects and portfolios.
Mentor students in developing professional VFX skills and showreels.
Conduct regular assessments, reviews, and feedback sessions.
Keep students updated with current VFX industry trends, tools, and techniques.
Assist students with project planning, problem-solving, and creative development.
Maintain a positive and engaging classroom workplace.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure effective course delivery.

Required Technical Skills

Candidates should have strong knowledge of relevant VFX tools, preferably including:
Adobe After Effects




Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Autodesk Maya
Nuke
Silhouette
3D Equalizer
Substance Painter
DaVinci Resolve

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant industry or teaching experience in VFX.
Strong practical knowledge of VFX production workflows.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing creative talent.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a easy and practical manner.
Strong problem-solving and project-management skills.
Industry experience or a strong skilled VFX portfolio/showreel will be highly preferred.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
