This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for customer engagement. The Telecalling Executive will connect with potential customers, explain project details, address their queries, and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Contact prospective customers using leads assigned through the company's CRM/software.
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, and property preferences.
Explain suitable projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans, offers, and other project details.
Qualify leads based on customer interest and buying potential.
Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits.
Handover qualified leads to the Sales team with complete customer details.
Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/software.
