Key Responsibilities
Pack products according to company standards and specifications.
Label, seal, and prepare products for storage and dispatch.
Inspect products for quality and report any defects or damages.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the packing area.
Handle packing materials and finished goods safely.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Assist in loading, unloading, and movement of materials when required.
Maintain daily packing records and production reports.
Support supervisors in meeting daily production targets.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.
Prior experience in packing, warehouse, or manufacturing operations preferred.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Ability to work in shifts, including overtime when required.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and quality standards.
Valuable teamwork and discipline.
