Absolute Finance is looking for a highly analytical and ambitious finance qualified to join our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) team. This role is ideal for a CA Fresher, CA Inter, or CMA who enjoys solving business problems using numbers. You will work closely with leadership to build financial models, prepare MIS, analyze business performance, and help drive strategic decision-making across multiple clients and industries.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly MIS, financial dashboards, and management reports.
Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Build and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.
Analyze business performance, profitability, cash flows, and key KPIs.
Assist in business valuations, feasibility studies, and strategic projects.
Support CFO advisory and virtual CFO engagements.
Automate financial reporting using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
Present insights and recommendations to internal leadership and clients
Desired Profile
CA Fresher / CA Inter / CMA.
Solid understanding of financial statements and business finance.
Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, SQL, or financial automation tools is an advantage.
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Curiosity to understand businesses beyond accounting.
Ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
