Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment process for fresher positions, from sourcing to joining.
Conduct initial HR screening and interviews to assess communication, attitude, interest, and suitability.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, GDs, technical rounds, and final interviews.
Prepare regular recruitment status and hiring reports for management.
Support the HR team in employee engagement, trainee coordination, and HR operations when required.
What We’re Looking For
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Positive interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Proactive attitude with ownership and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
