Roles and Responsibilities
Design and deliver soft skills training programs for students, focusing on English language proficiency, personality development, behavioral skills, leadership training, and other relevant areas.
Develop customized training materials and resources to meet the specific needs of each program.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure student progress and effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
Provide coaching support to students during internships or job placements.

Key Factors
Travel & Delivery: Travel 4 days a week to assigned locations (Sivakasi, Karur, Kovilpatti) to conduct engaging, face-to-face soft skills training sessions.
Audience Engagement:Deliver training on essential soft skills, including communication, teamwork, time management, and qualified etiquette.
Interactive Learning:



Maintain high energy levels in the classroom, encouraging participation from diverse groups of learners.
Feedback & Assessment:Evaluate participant progress during sessions and provide constructive feedback to help them grow.
