Job Title: Admin Manager

Location: Near Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Role

The Admin Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of The Indian Public School (TIPS). The role involves ensuring smooth functioning of housekeeping, transportation, security, and other administrative activities while coordinating with staff and management to address and resolve operational issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all day-to-day administrative operations of the school.
Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff, drivers, and security personnel.
Ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and upkeep of the school premises.
Monitor driver schedules, transportation-related activities, vehicle requirements, and staff coordination.
Ensure effective deployment and performance of security personnel and maintain a secure and secure school setting.
Handle and resolve day-to-day administrative issues and operational concerns.




Coordinate with various departments and campus teams to ensure smooth administrative functioning.
Maintain attendance, duty schedules, and performance records of housekeeping, drivers, security, and other support staff.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs, supplies, and other administrative requirements.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of essential administrative and housekeeping supplies.
Address staff and operational concerns and escalate major issues to the management when required.
Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and administrative procedures.
Support the management in planning and implementing administrative policies and processes.
Prepare and maintain necessary administrative reports and records.
Ensure the overall smooth and productive functioning of the campus.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relate
