Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Commission

Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the Ceramic Industry, especially Tiles & Sanitaryware, to generate current business opportunities and develop solid customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business leads in the ceramic industry.
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and customers.
Promote and generate business for tiles and sanitaryware products.
Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve business development and sales targets.
Monitor market trends and provide feedback on customer requirements and competition.




Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements
Ceramic Industry experience is mandatory, preferably in Tiles & Sanitaryware.
Good knowledge of the ceramic market and customer network.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Well-educated and confident in dealing with customers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Candidates with existing industry contacts will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + incentive
Attractive commission based on performance/business generation
Full-Time / Remote chance

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
