Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with sales and other departments for order and service updates.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in CRM, Customer Support, or a similar role.
Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
