Scanning-Typist

We are looking for a detail-oriented USG Scanning Typist to prepare and type ultrasound/USG reports accurately and efficiently while maintaining patient confidentiality and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Type and prepare USG/ultrasound reports based on the radiologist's findings.
Ensure accurate spelling, medical terminology, measurements, and patient details.
Coordinate with radiologists and the ultrasound scanning team for report completion.
Verify reports for accuracy before final submission.
Maintain proper records and documentation of USG reports.
Handle patient information with strict confidentiality.
Complete reports within the required turnaround time.




Perform other duties related to report preparation as assigned by the department.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Degree / Diploma qualification.
Previous experience in USG/Ultrasound report typing is preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage.
Positive typing speed and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a hospital workplace.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, radiology department, or ultrasound unit.
