We are looking for a young, dynamic, and tech-savvy individual to work closely with the Founder and support them in managing and executing various projects and business initiatives.

This role goes beyond traditional administrative support. The Founder’s Enabler will help translate ideas into action by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, managing information, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Task Management
Assist the Founder in planning, organizing, and executing ongoing projects.
Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.
Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain structured documentation of tasks, notes, and project updates.

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate between departments, vendors, and stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
Assist in preparing meeting notes, summaries, and action points.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups for projects being handled by the Founder.

Research & Problem Solving




Conduct basic research related to business ideas, tools, vendors, or industry trends when required.
Support the Founder in organizing information and presenting it in a explicit and structured manner.
Contribute creative ideas and solutions when exploring current opportunities or improvements.

Organization & Administrative Support
Maintain organized records of documents, project files, and communications.
Help manage schedules, priorities, and key tasks to improve overall productivity.
Ensure details and deadlines are carefully monitored.

Creative & Digital Support (Optional)
Assist in preparing presentations or documents using PowerPoint or Canva.
Support basic social media content coordination if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
