Execute daily production activities as per production plan and targets.
Supervise production operators and ensure effective use of manpower and resources.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, company procedures.
Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to approved specifications and SOPs.
Maintain accurate production records, batch documents, and traceability data.
Coordinate with Quality, RM Store, and Planning departments.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Support audits, validations, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Allocate manpower and production resources within the assigned area.
Report and escalate production, quality, and equipment-related issues.
Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

Other Requirements:
Languages: English (read, write & speak), Hindi mandatory.
Robust computer literacy, including:
MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
SAP / ERP.
