Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and commission IT infrastructure equipment at client sites.
Install and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, servers, desktops, access points, and other network devices.
Perform rack installation, structured cabling (Copper & Fiber), cable dressing, labeling, and patching.
Execute earthing and grounding work as per industry standards.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure and networking equipment under AMC contracts.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance inspections to ensure maximum system uptime.
Coordinate with clients, project managers,



and internal technical teams for smooth project execution.
Prepare installation reports, preventive maintenance reports, service reports, and site documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures while working at customer locations.
Maintain proper inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts assigned for field activities.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of computer hardware and networking.
Understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, IP Addressing, routing, and switching.
Hands-on experience with routers, switches, servers, access points, CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IT peripherals.
Experience in rack installation, structured cabling, cable dressing, fiber/copper termination, and earthing.
Ability to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot network and hardware issues independently.
Valuable communication, documentation, and customer handling
