Job Role:
Create and update MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical) in Autodesk Revit.
Generate coordinated shop drawings.
Follow project standards and UAE authority regulations (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve clashes and meet project deadlines.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical / Building Services.
Experience: More than 2 years of experience. Those who have experience in UAE projects will b an added advantage. Also those who have experience in LOD 400 and 500 will also be an advantage.
Software: Revit MEP (must), AutoCAD.
Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, willingness to learn.
Bonus: Knowledge of Navisworks, Dubai authority standards.
