We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Process Associate to support US Mortgage and Property Data Services. The role involves non-voice processing, property data validation, owner verification, and document review. This position is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in the US mortgage and real estate domain.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and verify property addresses using GIS / Assessor websites
Validate property ownership and legal details from public records
Review and extract data from deeds, mortgages, and related documents
Perform grantorgrantee identification and indexing as per client guidelines
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and property information
Meet productivity, quality targets, and timelines
Update verified information in internal systems

Requirements
Valuable typing speed with high accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Robust attention to detail and analytical skills
Positive written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn US Mortgage
