Mysuru Coffee Bar is a South Indian food and coffee outlet in Mysuru, specializing in freshly prepared south indians dishes.

Our outlet is designed for quick service, takeaway and counter-based ordering, with a strong focus on food quality, consistency, hygiene and customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of the complete day-to-day operations and help build efficient systems as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Supervise kitchen, counter, cashier, packing and support staff.
Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and counter/service team.
Manage peak-hour operations and maintain quick, effective service.
Ensure orders are prepared accurately and served/packed on time.




Monitor takeaway and delivery orders.
Manage queues and ensure a smooth customer ordering experience.
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
Ensure food is prepared consistently according to established standards.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, discipline and performance.
Train and guide new employees.
Monitor inventory, stock levels and daily ingredient requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely availability of ingredients.
Monitor food preparation quantities and minimize wastage.
Monitor daily sales, cash handling, billing and POS operations.
Maintain daily operational records and reports.
Manage opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and outlet operating procedures.
Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues quickly.
Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve outlet operations.
