Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple retail store execution projects across India simultaneously
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, procurement teams, site supervisors, and internal stakeholders
Read and interpret drawings, layouts, dimensions, BOQs, and technical documentation accurately
Oversee site execution and track progress against timelines
Handle procurement follow-ups, escalations, and execution bottlenecks proactively
Provide regular reporting and updates directly to founders
Coordinate with in office teams across different cities and ensure smooth project delivery
Identify issues early and drive practical, solution-oriented outcomes

This role may NOT be suitable if you require constant supervision, struggle with follow-ups, cannot manage pressure,



or are uncomfortable handling multiple moving parts at once.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
Project management: 5 years (preferred)
