Creative Head / Content Creator

About the Role
We are seeking a Creative Head / Content Creator who can lead our creative initiatives while actively contributing to content ideation and execution. This role requires a robust creative thinker who can develop engaging content concepts, guide the video team, and turn ideas into high-performing content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the video editing and creative team.
Develop content concepts, campaign ideas, and creative strategies.
Create and review scripts, hooks, storyboards, and content briefs.
Ensure high-quality execution of videos, reels, ads, and social media content.
Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to align content with business goals.
Stay updated on social media trends, audience behavior, and emerging content formats.
Provide creative direction and feedback to editors, designers, and content creators.
Manage content production timelines and deliverables.

Requirements:




3+ years of experience in content creation, creative strategy, or creative leadership.
Experience leading or coordinating creative/video teams.
Solid understanding of short-form video content and social media platforms.
Excellent storytelling, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Fast execution mindset and ability to thrive in a startup setting.
Strong listening skills and openness to feedback.

Preferred
Experience creating viral or high-engagement content.
Knowledge of performance marketing creatives.
Experience with D2C brands, agencies, media companies, or creator-led businesses.
