Job Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy and Development
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s robust presence
New CP activation in the area, Manage CP network
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
To contribute and participate in the formulation and implementation of the sales strategy for the project
To participate in the conceptualization & launch of sales initiatives to maximize order booking for the project
To continuously track changing trends, price benchmarking, market dynamics, customer requirements & feedback and convey the same to the Managers/ Management

Business Development and Channel Partner Management




To engage with all the channel partners for effective brand transition.
Design and plan the activities for effective engagement with the targeted channel partners.
Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets through B2C sales calls.
Consistently build on the internal partners and self-sourcing to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Conduct regular review meetings to drive more business.

Required Specifications :
Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with Minimum 4 Years of Real Estate experience
Friendly, cheerful and helpful
Ability to handle many tasks at the same time
Ability to work well under pressure
Valuable social and interpersonal connects
Good written and oral communication skills ( English/ Hindi/ Marathi)

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
