Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and technology-savvy Accountant & Admin Executive to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, billing activities, and office administration. The ideal candidate should possess solid accounting knowledge, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for learning new technologies. The candidate should be highly proficient with computers and open to adopting AI- powered tools and automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping.
Manage billing, invoicing, payment follow-ups, and vendor reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain GST records and support GST return filings.
Assist in internal and external audit processes.
Maintain purchase, sales, and expense records accurately.




Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow records.
Generate MIS reports, financial reports, and expense summaries.
Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and consultants for statutory compliance.
Handle TDS, Qualified Tax (PT), and other statutory compliance activities.
Ensure timely and accurate financial record maintenance.
Administrative Responsibilities
Manage office administration and documentation processes.
Maintain employee attendance and office records.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office staff.
Handle office inventory, utility bills, and operational support activities.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of confidential documents.
Support HR and management teams with administrative coordination.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, or related discipline.
