Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to clients for surveys and project activities
Clearly explain company services and offerings
Maintain accurate call logs, records, and response data
Conduct timely follow-ups with clients and prospects
Coordinate with internal teams as per project requirements

Required Skills:
Solid verbal communication skills
Fluency in English (preferred), Hindi, and Gujarati
Basic Computer Skills
Ability to handle objections professionally
Positive attitude with confidence and motivation

Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Fresher & Experience with 1+ year preferred

Comfortable working in a calling / voice process environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence others.
