We are seeking enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Consultants to join our energetic sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels.
Conduct telephonic discussions and understand customers' investment requirements.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
Present project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects to achieve maximum conversions.




Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems and sales trackers.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking processes, and customer support.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Participate in promotional activities, property exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

Eligibility CriteriaEducation
Graduate in any discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be preferred.

Experience
Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Customer-centric approach with a qualified attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
