Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
Employee Relations:
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance appraisal process, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.




Develop and implement performance improvement plans and career development programs.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate and conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Compensation and Advantages:
Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee perks.
Conduct salary benchmarking and surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Employee Engagement:
