Job Title: Social Media Intern
Location: Indore (Work from Office)_
Experience: 2 months - 6 months_

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and short-form content.
Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
Create short-form videos and UGC content (comfortable being on camera when required).:
Share transparent briefs, guidelines, and feedback with creators to ensure quality and brand consistency.
Research, onboard, and collaborate with influencers/creators from briefing to final delivery.
Build and maintain long-term influencer relationships.
Coordinate with design, copywriting, video editing, and media buying teams for smooth campaign execution.
Monitor comments,



DMs, and audience engagement regularly.
Track campaign performance, engagement metrics, growth, and ROI.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
Up to 2 months - 6 months of experience.
knowledge of Instagram, YouTube & trends.
Good communication skills.
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
