Key Responsibilities
Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.
Coordinate with content, design, and digital marketing teams for campaign execution.
Manage marketing automation workflows and customer journeys.
Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
Experience with CRM tools and audience segmentation.
Knowledge of marketing automation and lead nurturing strategies.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
