We’re looking for 2 enthusiastic volunteers to help us manage a one-day music experience event by Udukku, an online music learning platform.

This is a one-day, on-ground role suited for someone who is confident, communicative, and comfortable interacting with people.

Jaipur (Cafe Auberge)

Full-day availability required (approx. 3 pm - 9 pm)

Role Responsibilities
Welcoming attendees and guiding them through the event
Answering basic questions about the event and Udukku (training will be provided)
Assisting with activity flow and on-ground coordination
Handling miscellaneous tasks as needed during the day
Being a point of contact at the venue and ensuring things run smoothly

Who We’re Looking For
Solid communication skills in English and Hindi:
Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking to current people
Responsible and comfortable handling multiple small tasks
Based in Jaipur and available for the full day on 21st June
Prior event or volunteering experience is a plus, but not mandatory
