Qualification:
ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
Relevant experience in CNC/VMC machine maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC, VMC, and other production machines.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults in CNC/VMC machines.
Maintain electrical panels, drives, motors, sensors, PLCs, and control circuits.
Monitor machine performance and ensure minimum downtime.
Read and understand electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Carry out machine installation, wiring, and commissioning activities.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and spare parts consumption.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations.
Support production team in resolving machine-related issues.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of CNC and VMC machine electrical systems.
Understanding of PLC, HMI, VFD, Servo Drives, Sensors, and Control Panels.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently.
Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
Familiarity with industrial electrical safety standards.
Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
