Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Understand client requirements and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Handle client inquiries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify prospects for business growth.
Maintain accurate client records and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Prior experience in client servicing, customer relationship management, or sales is preferred.
