Qualification Criteria - Senior Site Engineer

Position: Senior Site Engineer
Minimum Experience: 5 Years

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
Additional certifications in construction management, project management, quality control, or safety management will be an added advantage.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction site supervision and execution of residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, or infrastructure projects.
Proven experience in managing site activities, contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.
Experience in RCC, finishing works, MEP coordination, and quality assurance procedures.

Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and site execution practices.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
Familiarity with local building regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office,



and project management software. Knowledge of BIM/Revit will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
Verify measurements, prepare progress reports, and monitor material consumption.
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and problem-solving during construction.
