We are looking for a responsible and proactive Floor Manager to oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily floor operations and staff.
Ensure excellent customer service.
Monitor staff attendance and performance.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
Maintain cleanliness and proper store presentation.
Coordinate with management to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
Ensure smooth functioning of the store at all times.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in retail, supermarket, or store management is preferred.
Positive leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage staff and handle customers effectively.

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Location: Betul

Pay: ₹11,905.97 - ₹16,863.01 per month
