D-Vivid Consultant is one of Gujarat's leading overseas education consultancies, helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad through admissions guidance, visa assistance, career counselling, profile building, and language coaching services.

We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic HR Executive who can manage recruitment activities while supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Counsellors, Marketing, Operations, Faculty, and Support functions.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.

HR Operations
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
Support probation confirmations, employee transfers, and exit formalities.

Employee Engagement
Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations,



and team-building initiatives.
Support performance management and employee feedback processes.
Foster a positive and professional workplace culture.

Compliance & Administration
Ensure adherence to company policies and HR processes.
Assist with HR audits and statutory documentation.
Coordinate with various departments for smooth HR operations.
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be preferred.

Experience
6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist role.
Experience in Education, EdTech, Consulting, or the Service Industry will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:
Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Positive understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and HRMS
