Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
Monitor project progress and submit daily/weekly work reports.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
Resolve basic on-site technical and operational issues.
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
6 months to 2 years of experience in site supervision or construction projects.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of construction practices, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office is an added advantage.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Robust problem-solving and team coordination skills.
Willingness to work at project sites and manage site activities independently.
