Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations on CNC machines (VMC, HMC, Lathe) to ensure effective use of resources and meet quality standards.
Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repair and maintenance of machinery to minimize downtime.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work setting.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to material availability, inventory management, or supply chain disruptions.
