Role: Field Ops

What will you do:
Sample collection of customer/patients and rapid testing of samples_
Maintaining specimen integrity by using aseptic technique and following standard operating_
procedures._
Identifying patients and their personal information by reviewing their identity documents_
Extracting blood from patients through venipuncture or finger-sticks._
Analyzing blood specimens using the correct testing equipment, when necessary._
Preparing specimens for transportation, including labeling vials accurately and matching_
blood specimens to patients._
Keeping and maintaining records of patient names, volume of blood drawn, and diagnostic_
findings._
Cleaning, maintaining, and calibrating laboratory equipment used in the drawing and testing_
of blood specimens._
Collect and tag specimens exactly as outlined in each medical requisition._
Properly package each specimen_

Phlebotomy experience is a mandate,experience in sample collection, knowledge of test, able_
to Assist patients, preparing specimens for transportation including labeling vials accurately_
and matching blood specimens to patients and also have knowledge about Biomedical waste management._
_Education: DMLT/BMLT

and also deliver excellent patient service, answer patient questions, act as a resource for_
patient information and strengthen the relationship between the patient and our entire_
medical facility._
Education: MLT/DMLT/BMLT
Experience: 1 year experience
Requirements: 2-wheeler Mandatory with a valid Driving License
CTC: Up to ₹23500+ ₹3.5rs /km
Duty Timings: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
