Job Title: Senior Staff Nurse

Job Summary:
The Senior Staff Nurse provides high-quality patient care, supervises junior nursing staff, and ensures adherence to care standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care and administer medications.
Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure safe, effective care.
Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare specialists for comprehensive care.
Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.

Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license.
years of nursing experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication and organisational skills.

Physical & Mental Requirements:
Ability to lift and move patients.
Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
