The Analyst, Global Benefits job assists in the benchmarking, design and communication of the organization's benefits programs. Working under limited supervision, this job helps to administer employee benefit offerings in adherence to related regulations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assists in drafting benefit program designs, ensuring the recent programs meet both internal equity standards and external market competitiveness.:
Drafts reports on external market benchmarking, perks utilization and cost analysis.:
Participates in the implementation of recent benefits programs and the administration of current benefits programs to ensure employees have timely access to and relevant information on available benefit offerings.:
Reviews benefits reporting on a consistent basis to ensure accurate reporting in the company’s human resources information system (HRIS), and notifies senior management of any reporting errors or concerns.:
Assists in preparing benefits-related updates and recommendations on cost-saving options and investments for benefits and/or vendor offerings to better meet employee and/or company needs.:
Assists in preparing for annual enrollment as well as provides ongoing support for the annual enrollment process including assisting with other employee questions, testing and review of enrollment websites and materials.:
Partners with 3rd party vendor regarding state unemployment notices to verify employment/pay data and perform follow-up as necessary:
Performs as a back-up for payroll analyst duties as needed.:
Verifies payroll import files (time, earnings, and additional pay) created match source documents received and processes payroll adjustments related to taxable relocation, wages and taxes.
