Job Overview:
We are seeking a young, energetic, and self-motivated Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will have the opportunity to work on creative designs for various projects, including residential and commercial use. We are seeking a team member that has a solid passion for design is comfortable working on experimental and conceptual projects, while maintaining a keen focus on aesthetic qualities, details, cost, and execution.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Studio founder to understand project requirements, goals, and objectives.




Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections, using CAD software.
Develop design concepts and present them, incorporating the feedback and suggestions from the Studio founder.
Prepare and present project proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and material selections.
Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee the construction process, making site visits, and resolving any design-related issues that arise.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architecture and design.
Contribute to the growth of the studio by actively participating in marketing and business development activities.
