Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Tonk Road, Jaipur Experience: 5+ Years

Salary: ₹55,000 - ₹75,000 per month
Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Finalize books of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
Supervise and mentor the accounts team.
Maintain accurate financial records and MIS reports.
Coordinate with management for budgeting and financial planning.
Ensure timely vendor payments and customer reconciliations.
Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency. ## Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS,



Income Tax, Financial Reporting, Bank Reconciliation, and Finalization of Accounts.
Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Hands-on experience managing an accounts team.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple financial activities simultaneously.
Strong understanding of accounting standards and statutory compliance. ### Salary & Benefits
