Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain maintenance-related data with high accuracy.
Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets using advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation.
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules, equipment records, and service logs.
Verify and organize maintenance documentation and technical records.
Coordinate with maintenance engineers to collect and update operational data.
Generate reports for equipment performance, manpower, and maintenance activities.
Ensure timely submission of reports and data to management.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of maintenance records.
Support the team in preparing presentations, dashboards, and performance reports.

Technical Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP,



Pivot Tables, IF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH, Charts, Data Validation)
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Data Analysis & MIS Reporting
Record & Document Management
Basic understanding of maintenance terminology and engineering documentation
